Taking 1-2 tablets daily with a glass of water two hours after meals is recommended.

Calcium carbonate. Inulin. Stabilizer > Cellulose. Red clover (Trifolium pratense) plant dry extract titrated to 8% isoflavones. Cimicifuga (Cimicifuga racemosa) rhizome dry extract titrated to 2.5% triterpenglycosides. Stabilizer > Guar gum. Soybean (Glycine max) non-genetically modified seeds dry extract titrated to 40% isoflavones. Stabilizer > Calcium phosphate. Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) seed oil titrated 9% in ?-linolenic acid (GLA). Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) flowers and leaves dry extract titrated to 1% vitexin.
