Payments

The payment of the order can be made by credit card through PayPal, PayPal account, cash on delivery or bank transfer BANK UNICREDIT IT36X0200813202000106493875 made out to NATURETICA SRL with the reason for the order number

- With orders over euro 30.00 no shipping charges will be charged.
- Orders under euro 30.00 will be charged 7.00 euro shipping charges.
- For cash on delivery payments will be charged 5.00 euro contribution fee.

- A 15% discount will be applied to orders over 120.00 euros.

- For orders outside Italy, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on your final destination.

Shipping

- Shipping to Italy : Packages are generally sent within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier 

- Foreign shipments to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium/Luxembourg, France(no Corsica) ,Holland ,Spain (no islands),Portugal(no islands), England(no Ulster and islands) delivery time 5/15 working days

Please note: it is not possible to request cancellation of foreign orders that have already been shipped. For cancelled and/or uncollected parcels, the company will retain all customs charges incurred (the amount of these charges cannot be calculated in advance).

Availability of goods

In the event of unavailability of the ordered item, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel his order.
The Customer may then be refunded the amount paid within a maximum of thirty days after payment or benefit from an exchange of goods
