Humulus lupulus L. from Organic origin. (Macerated in plant-derived alcohol and purified water for a minimum time of 21 days).

Take 30-40 drops 2 or 3 times a day diluted in a little water, preferably between meals.

Maximum daily dose: 5 ml (120 drops) of extract.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
