Dietary supplement made from virgin, organically grown, unprocessed Coconut Oil obtained by cold pressing without the use of solvents. It naturally contains caprylic and capric acid. It is recommended to take 1 to 2 tablespoons of the oil daily (2 tablespoons equal 18.2 g of which 1.6 g is caprylic acid and 1.2 g is capric acid). Also good on the skin.
