Konjac gum (from Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch, root); glazing agents (capsule shell): hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum; bulking agent: cellulose.

Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before the three main meals, accompanied by 1-2 glasses of water.
