Serene 5-HTP is a dietary supplement formulated to relieve and counteract the most common symptoms of depression, from mood swings to difficulty relaxing, thanks to its content of plant extracts, minerals and vitamins. Highly titrated Griffonia provides a considerable amount of 5-hydroxytryptophan, which is absorbed very quickly by the body, providing a relaxing and stress-relieving effect. Magnesium and vitamins help to make up for the respective deficiencies typical of depressive forms. The product profile is completed by the presence of Rhodiola, a tonic-adaptogen, useful in cases of lack of concentration and energy, and Hypericum, which promotes good mood in synergy with Griffonia.

We recommend taking one capsule daily, preferably in the evening.

Hypericum (Hypericum perforatum L.) flowering tops dry extract with 0.3% hypericin (max 2.1% hypericins). Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root dry extract with 3% rosavin. Coating agent (capsule) > hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.) seeds dry extract with 95% 5-hydroxytryptophan. Magnesium oxide. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6). Anti-caking agents > microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
