Krill oil is known in the literature for its content of Omega-3 series polyunsaturated fatty acids , including EPA and DHA.
It is a dietary supplement of Antarctic Krill oil, naturally rich in Omega-3, EPA and DHA, mainly in the form of Phospholipids, a molecular form that makes them highly bioavailable.

Taking 1 pearl once or twice a day with half a glass of water is recommended. It is recommended not to exceed 5 g per day in EPA and DHA supplementation.
