Dietary supplement containing N-acetylcysteine, which acts as a mucolytic on mucous or mucopurulent secretions of the respiratory tract.
The formula is enriched with: Vitamin C capable of modulating the immune response especially with regard to colds, stimulates leukocyte production and activity; also, through its antioxidant functions, it is able to inhibit the production of superoxide by neutrophil granulocytes without interfering with their bactericidal capacity; thus it would exert a protective action on leukocytes by protecting them from damage induced by reactive oxygen species. Regular intake of vitamin C may reduce the duration of the disease. Thyme serpyllum with anthelmintic, antiseptic, disinfectant and expectorant action promotes the well-being of the nose and throat Myrtle as an antiseptic, balsamic and disinfectant possesses high efficacy in fighting gram-positive bacteria. Grindelia with expectorant, anticatarrhal, cough sedative, spasmolytic and soothing properties for throat irritation. The plant is rich in saponins, substances useful for promoting expectoration due to their excito-secretory and bronchial secretion-thinning action. Their ability to lower the surface tension of mucus, making it more fluid and easily eliminated. The last component is Drosera, which has bronchospasmolytic and antitussive properties and has an emollient and soothing action on the oropharyngeal mucosa as well as aiding voice tone.

Excellent supplement. First of all I appreciate the fact that it does not contain magnesium stearate, which they stick everywhere now. Also very valid the addition to the NAC of valuable herbs for airway defense. It costs a little more, but it is worth it: I will repurchase it for myself and my son.
