Dietary supplement based on plant extracts specially selected to act on insomnia, very often caused by states of stress and anxiety. Withania (Ashwaganda), Eschscholzia and Hawthorn extracts are useful for physiological relaxation and mental well-being, while Lime extract is indicated to restore sleep to a physiological state, especially in cases of stress. The formula is enriched with L-Theanine, a natural amino acid found in green tea, whose best-known properties are relaxing, anti-stress and anxiolytic, thanks to the role it plays in synthesizing and increasing levels of GABA, a neurotransmitter with inhibitory action that promotes feelings of relaxation and well-being. The Bach Flowers Cherry plum, Vervain, and White chestnut round out the formulation by acting on anxieties and fears that could lead to insomnia.

Water, Withania (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) roots dry extract titrated 1.5% whitenolides, Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq. et Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.) flowers and leaves fluid extract, Linden (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) flowers fluid extract, Eschscholzia (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) herb fluid extract, L-Theanine 98% from Camellia sinensis leaves, Acidulant (Citric acid monohydrate), Preservative (Potassium sorbate), Antioxidant (Ascorbic acid), Bach flowers: Cherry plum, Vervain, White chestnut.

Take 40 drops (equal to 2 ml) of the product in the evening just before bedtime.
