Marine magnesium 55% (magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride), glazing agent: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose (capsule shell); Agnocasto (Vitex agnus-castus L.) fruit dry extract* titrated to 0.5% agnuside, Parthenium Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip. flowering herb dry extract* titrated to 0.5% parthenolide, Spirea (Filipendula ulmaria (L.)
