Ingredients: Prickly pear (Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill.) cladode powder; glazing agents (capsule shell): hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan gum; gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre (Retz) R. Br.) leaves dry extract titrated to 75% in gymnemic acid; garcinia (Garcinia cambogia (Gaertn.) Desr.) fruit dry extract titrated to 60% hydroxycitric acid; cassia nomame (Chamaecrista nomame (Sieber) H. Ohashi) fruit dry extract titrated to 8%in flavonoids expressed as catechins; mulberry (Morus alba L.) leaves dry extract; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate.

We recommend 1-2 capsules 2 times a day to be taken at main meals with a glass of water.
