Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) is an aromatic plant known since ancient times: the Egyptians used it to embalm the dead, the Etruscans and Greeks to disinfect, and the Romans used the essence obtained to perfume thermal waters.It is particularly indicated in the treatment of disorders affecting the respiratory system such as in cases of sinusitis, sore throat, cough, bronchitis, asthma, otitis, headache and flu. The balsamic and expectorant power promotes the expulsion of excess mucus so as to clear the airways. It also provides relief in rheumatic and joint pain.
It is digestive, carminative and liver tonic, as well as having good diuretic power, recommended for cystitis and urethritis.

50 drops 2 or 3 times daily away from meals in a little water equal to a daily dose of 3 ml of the product, corresponding to 0.9 g of fresh plant.
Thymus vulgaris (macerated in plant-derived alcohol and purified water for a minimum of 21 days).
