Pour the contents of one sachet into an empty glass and dissolve it in plenty of room temperature water. Follow up the intake with a second glass of water. We recommend taking one single-dose sachet daily, preferably in the morning before breakfast, or two single-dose sachets daily, one in the morning and one before bedtime. Half dose is recommended for children over 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. The end of validity date refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package.
